On Saturday 2nd September the installation of the Grand Superintendent M.E. Companion Gary D. Smith and his Commissioned Office Bearers took place.

The Grand Superintendent would like to thank all the Companions who attended on Saturday, the day was enhanced by a deputation from The Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Scotland being headed by The First Grand Principal M.E. Companion Dr. Joseph J. Morrow, CVO, CBE, KC, FRSE, who carried out the installation ceremony.

The day was further enhanced by a deputation of Sister Orders being headed by Brother Alan Cuthill, Depute Provincial Grand Master of Glasgow and a deputation of Grand Superintendents being headed by M.E. Companion Dr. Kevin Pollock, Grand Superintendent of Renfrewshire.

An enjoyable day of Companionship was had by all in attendance.


On Sunday 27th August 2023 the Grand Superintendent M.E.C. Gary D. Smith and Provincial Grand Scribe E, E.C. Graeme D. Cameron attended the Provincial Grand Lodge of Glasgow’s Summer Seminar.

Congratulations to the Chairman of the PGL Museum, Education & Library Committee Brother Alan Cuthill, Depute Provincial Grand Master and Provincial Grand Lodge for an excellent event.


The PGRAC of Dumbartonshire hosted the Inter-Province Bowling Tournament, which took place on Sunday 20th August 2023 at Dixon Bowling Club.


Congratulations to Cadder RAC No. 812, who won the Rinks.


An enjoyable day's bowling and Companionship was had by all.


The PGRAC of Glasgow Rinks and Pairs Bowling Competitions took place on Sunday 6th August 2023 at Whitevale Bowling Club. Thanks to all who took part and congratulations to Cadder RAC No. 812 team B, who won the Rinks and Partick RAC No. 113 team A who won the pairs. An enjoyable day's bowling and Companionship was had by all.
